• The vice has a rapid action mechanism which is unique and different from the conventional quick release mechanism.
• To tighten the vice, turn the handle in the usual way. As soon as the handle is turned in the opposite direction, the screw is disengaged and the front jaw slides freely. No springs, levers or bars.
• A very useful feature in repetitive work situation for holding different size pieces.
• The steel main screw has Buttress threads for smooth, accurate and responsive adjustment.
• Body and sliding jaw have provision for attaching wooden liners to protect the vice, work piece and working tools.
