Company History

The Robot Group was established in 1940 as a small family business and since inception we have been committed to supplying hardware and hardware services to the public. When the company started trading it mainly dealt with domestic hardware and after a few years of familiarizing themselves with the industry later changed to industrial and engineering supplies.

In 1993 a branch, Robot Industrial Supplies, opened in Isando to supply the community with industrial and hardware tools. Since then, we have become one of the major hardware importers and suppliers in South Africa, carrying over 58 000 of line items. Over the years we have won numerous awards from top brands such as:
